Is RND back at the club and are there plans to keep him in the squad or loan him out again, preferably to a Championship club?

RND???
Rhys Chuffin-Autocorrect..???*Rhys (chuffin autocorrect)
I think keeping him around until January is the best bet. Let him learn in training from some of the best coaches in the country and then loan him out if he's not featuring for some game time in the Championship
Rotherham, Wycombe, Luton easily. They just need to look at his stats!I think if we were to part with Luke Freeman in this window as part of the general wheeling & dealing and make Osborn the main cover for Fleck rather than for Stevens, that might be an indication of what Wilder does with RND, as it potentially opens up a backup role at LWB he could fill. I don’t know know many Championship clubs will be happy to make him first choice to give him regular game time, and I don’t think he’d gain much from another League 1 loan.

Barnsley like a loan player as well - they've had some good ones over the last few yearsRotherham, Wycombe, Luton easily. They just need to look at his stats!
It won’t, RND didn’t always play at wing back for Rochdale last season. Usually just left back. He even filled in at centre half apparently.Dan Potts did fine at Luton last season and is one of their main players to keep stepping up on their journey up the divisions. They won’t be looking to bench him. So that probably rules out one of those, easily.
Rotherham & Wycombe might though – however one of the key requirements I expect will be that he’s able to feature as a wingback. Do either team?
Yeah good shout, Barnsley’s left back is gash.Barnsley like a loan player as well - they've had some good ones over the last few years
To be fair to Barnsley (if we must) they do try and play a good style of football too...and that defence does need improvementYeah good shout, Barnsley’s left back is gash.
I think once we let teams know he’s on the market and share his stats he’ll have his fair share of suitors.
Failing that send him north of the border, even Jake Eastwood has got a game after a failed loan at Scunthorpe ffs

He got recalled because he wasn't playing. He played 11 games.Failed loan? We recalled him. He was their number 1 at the time, was doing well, and they had wanted to keep him for the rest of the season.
The SPL though would be another option for RND though.

Made a stinker of an error against Plymouth last time out, but has apparently been playing well all in all
Means nothing a keeper making a cock up, Aaron Ramsdale looked non league when he was playing for Chesterfield
Well enough to consider it a successful loan? 11 games? This poster seemed to be suggesting in January that he’d been doing well too. I appreciate this poster might not have known what he or she was talking about though, so maybe take their views with a pinch of salt.
How their local press reported it at the time:
Eastwood was on a season-long loan from the Blades and had established himself as the Iron’s number one keeper following a string of impressive performances.
However, Sheffield United have exercised their obligation to recall Eastwood early from his loan spell following an injury to Michael Verrips, who played for the Blades against AFC Fylde in the FA Cup at the weekend.
We of course made it clear that the reason he was recalled was because of the keeper injuries and not wanting to be left with just Henderson and Moore available. This was said at the time in the aftermath to the cup game. I don’t really know why you’re trying to rewrite our and Scunthorpe’s history on this when it’s demonstrably not the case!

No ones saying he was horrendous there, no one's trying to rewrite history, but would you say Marvin Johnson's loan here was successful?
