It seems like Rochdale rely on possession and movement and he’s become an important part of their team. He’s getting a good education and experience.

I had a glance at this other day - he's putting up some decent numbers there, leads the team in chances created per 90 minutes (1.7), his 10 chances created are 25th out of all League One players and 3rd among defenders. Also the only Rochdale defender who hasn't been dribbled past a single time yet.

I watched the highlights of Rochdale v Southend (who I know are crap) but it was incredible stuff, numerous passes which ended in goals without Southend getting a touch.

In an ideal world, we stay up and RND continues his good form all season so come pre-season we’re in a position to loan him to a Championship club for a year.
