Simply, does his man management style work with a British and Irish mentality? Would foreign players have gone out and got absolutely smashed the other night? Would they have found it weird and distinctly British to do so?

Ultimately, would they fit in with CW style?

Always think communication and bonding is better in this way, unless you strike lucky and get one of those players like Juninho who arrives in Middlesbrough and finds his new life to be some kind of wonderful revelation.

Britain is not a country it’s just the name given to the British isles, Ireland is the second largest island of the British isles. So yes all our lads are British bladesmen
