100% the exact type of player we need to be signing. 18 year old Left Back from Walsall, L1 team of the year, Walsall young player, keen and has pace!

Now, we all know we won't sign him, we aren't smart enough or proactive enough to sign these types, but for whoever signs him, he will be a great find for them in my opinion.

Barnsley made him look very ordinary in the two playoff games,and Sawyers had little effect,he seems to be on the slide performance wise,maybe he is just fed up at Walsall.

And to show you just how bad our season was, Colchester turned in the best performance of the season.

Back on topic - I really think Kieron Wallace can make the left back spot his, but Im still a bit confused as to where he's gone, I heard he was injured but not heard anything official.

Talking of left footers, that Carey from Plymouth would be a good signing.

They were poor in general that day but if they were going to hurt us, it was through him. I've seen him a few times and he is a cracking player.

In defence of Colchester, we played them at a time when they went on an unbeaten run to take them towards the playoff places. What happened after that good run is ridiculous because they looked excellent that night!

I like Carey too. I've suggested Nelson from Plymouth and I'd be happy if we brought both of them in.

Sawyers and Bradshaw should be targets for us but I doubt they actually are.

Rico is a far higher profile prospect than the ones we signed. Flo didn't come from Walsall, but Stoke. Rico is only 18 and has already had a full season under his belt and he plays for England under 19's. Rico is also under contract whereas Brandy rejected their contract offer and at the age of 24, we were able to sign him on a free. Westlake cost peanuts under a tribunal and look where both Westlake and Brandy are now. Butler rejected their contract offer and signed for us on a free as he was also older than 23. There is no way we'll get Rico lads. They talk of him as a future England player. Probably Flo is the best player we've signed with Walsall connections but as I said he wasn't from Walsall, he was unwanted at Stoke.
