Why do these knob heads bother? Can any of you under thirties explain the attraction?

I'm slightly not under 30, but I can explain it. "Attention seeking".

These are individuals who, for whatever reason, feel starved of attention. It may be that when they were young children their parents didn't afford them much attention. Maybe their parents just went down the pub every night and left them at home with the Rotweiler to baby-sit them. Or maybe they did take them to the pub on occasions, but totally ignore them and just let them run around causing chaos whilst they got pissed.

They are probably unremarkable in appearance, not saying they are necessarily ugly, but probably just "plain". When one is "plain" one doesn't get noticed so much. So they may choose to dye their hair funny colours, or have a weird hairstyle, or smatter themselves in tattoos to try and be different and get noticed. But so do many others, so that doesn't make them stand out either.

They have no personality. It's a totally unrewarding experience to converse with them. Within seconds of them talking to someone the other person starts looking at their watch and makes an excuse to leave, or feigns epilepsy to avoid conversation with them.

They are desperate individuals. There is a voice inside them screaming out..."LOOK AT ME!" But no one is looking - and no one cares. So they use "bait" like the opening post on here to satiate their desire to be noticed. But they can't even do that right and just end up coming out with something that is so obviously a load of bullshit that no one takes any notice of it either! (Except to poke fun at it).
