I wouldnt. I’d chuck him straight in. Experienced or not,he’s still got more chance of scoring than our current forwards. If he does sign in time for the Arse game, I expect him to start on the bench, and get a run out in the second half. He is needed, but has no experience of the game at this level, and has not played much football at all before this game.
Whether he starts or gets brought on in last 10, If he doesn’t get a hat trick on his debut most of the moaning c*nts on here will crucify him anywayIf he does sign in time for the Arse game, I expect him to start on the bench, and get a run out in the second half. Doubly so with all the Facebook group fans. He's 20 years old and needs time and patience. When you realistically look at the step up to the PL, players tend to score less than half than they did in the Championship. If Brewster can bag 10 this season it would be an achievement. Sadly many will have their criticism guns ready and loaded before he has stepped foot on the pitchWhether he starts or gets brought on in last 10, If he doesn’t get a hat trick on his debut most of the moaning c*nts on here will crucify him anyway

I would imagine the squad will be travelling down to London tomorrow for the game on Sunday, will Brewster be here by then, unlikely. If he does sign in time for the Arse game, I expect him to start on the bench, and get a run out in the second half. Just imagine the reaction if he doesn’t sign![]()
It will be down to Brewster and his agent as its plain to see Blades and Pool have sorted the transfer fee and stuff out.It will bring a new meaning to meltdown

His highlights on video are really exciting he has power and not afraid to us it allied to excellent finishing.
I think he will get 10-30 mins vs Arsenal. He hasn’t had much game time recently. Then after the international break I think he will start and get a debut goal vs Fulham.I fully expect him to start slowly, an improve as he gets used to his team mates and the system. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find that his signing time doesn’t make him available for the Arsenal game. This lengthy gestation period already has fans expecting too much from his first start.
My preference would be second half v Arsenal. He gets to view the game, pace, tactics and his new team mates before he is blooded. If he scores, great. If not he’s had a decent introduction to the club and will have greater understanding of the expectations in his next game.
Wilder has always said he picks starters based on what he sees in training. Will he sign in time to fit a training session in, before the aquad leaves for London?
Having Brewster on the bench is useful for him and Wilder, whichever way the game goes.

I’m READY!!Right, listen up. Is everyone packed and ready for the big move over to General Blades Chat? We can't be waiting for any stragglers. If you're not ready when it goes green, you'll be left here in the Sturridge thread. Just saying. Carry on.
