The problem is that he said evolution not revolution and yet he’s ripped up something we’ve done well for five years and tried to get them to play something else. The players look confused. Why not play the system they know and tweak it to create more opportunities. I’m sure he’ll get it right eventually.

Slav doesn't seem up to it is not a fair comment I don't think we have had a manager with this accomplished CV for the task at hand in my lifetime. This is the 5th time this team have played under Slav and despite the disappointing performance, a point at Swansea is more than a lot of teams will get. Long trip, shit time of day, shit pre season due to isolation and Norwich COVID, no signings yet due to quarantine, new system. Lots of factors to consider before blaming Slav. Slav is a VERY successful championship manager when backed, he gets the players he wants and we will be just fine.

With the current players we are trapped in the wilder formation until new blood comes, we cant change to wingers and we have one attacking midfielder (freeman) who clearly isnt ever going to play for us, got to feel for Slav.

Imo recruitement has been very poor to overlook the lack of creativity.

Don't think it's just the formation, they look punch drunk, devoid of confidence, not willing to take risks, and generally half interested
