A change in manager can seriously alter performance, and perhaps this could be the case with Nosworthy. Shaun Murphy was an absolute disaster under Heath and was v unpopular - he changed virtually overnight when NW arrived, and became invaluable.

Reid - Yes yes yes
Nos - no no no - He has to leave, for the good of our club. Get Killa back

They tried to make us sign Nosworthy, we said NO NO NO.

That's a very good point. Murphy's transformation was astounding. There's hope for Nylon yet?

Nos is already on a season long loan , I don't think we have a recall clause. If we do we should send him back because he is costing too much out of the wage bill.

Simply put we can cover his level of performances with cheaper options.

But I'm pretty sure we got him for the season with no recall to stop what happened with Walker happening again.

Apparently we're interested in Paddy McCarthy at Palace. Bloke down pub said.;)

we were linked with him in the summer Gaz, wouldnt surprise me if we signed someone that adams has spotted in the lower leagues

All the papers make up their stories (and often not just the sports ones). Those that turn out to be true are more out of luck than anything. I'm sure there's a website that shows the accuracy of news stories somewhere. Ultimately they're no more accurate than contributors on here who claim to have a man on the inside, when the truth is they;re just hearing voices.

Doesn't that cover pretty much every Mail story? That rag couldn't get a proper story if it tried.

Bloody awful paper but I would have top say that the Mail has had more stories about us than most of the other papers have recently, it suggests that they have a reasonably good contact for us.

It's probably James Shield - would explain the scattergun approach to United-related speculation
