Record Breakers....

We are now on our worst (best?) winless run since the last days of Heaths tenure, where we also went 10 games without a win.

We last went 11 without a win after the first 6 games of Kendall's reign.

We last went 12 without a win in 93-94.

We last went 13, 14, 15 and 16 games without a win in 90-91, all of which were part of the same run.

The common element in all these? When we finally won a game it was at home in all of the above cases (2-1 against Oldham, 1-0 against Chelsea and 3-2 v Forest respectively)

This does not bode well for the next 2 games.


(One other thing i noticed was that we went on 2 separate winless runs in 93-94 of 12 games and 10 games and yet were still only relegated with the last kick of the season...)

Not quite, we went (including Forest, not including the Cup defeat to Luton)
