Most important summer in ten years coming up. Lot of improvement needed regarding fitness, ins and outs, and style of play. Pace needed. Play to our strengt, posession or counter. Owners investment? Smart signings decisive. Hopefully we can recharge again.

When has Wilder signed anyone with genuine pace? I can think of Mousett and Campbell - but they also couldn’t play longer than 70 mins and were over weight. Campbell also fades after the first 20 yards.

Baldock and Stevens decently quick, but not top level pace.

He never seems to sign fast, dynamic players.

We looked Tactically inept. No imagination. That's on the manager.

Maybe so, but the lack of the basics was on the players last night, not Wilder.

Cutting out crosses and properly challenging for headers in both boxes is just doing the basics, and that's what the players weren't doing last night.

One man's dubious penalty is another man's stonewall penalty where two of our players were hauled to the ground. Likewise, one man's fortunate touch is another man's sublime flick from a player at the top of his game.

Anyway, how's that useless Joe Root doing for England, hmm? About time he started scoring some runs, I hear you yell.

I would like to see him get some runs for Yorkshire this week !!
