I'm getting really fired up for this game. I want to see us come out guns blazing, showing no mercy to the opposition. Really hope we can banish the Hull result and put it well and truly behind us. Let's kick on from here. UTB
 
Looking at the forecast for Friday it’s the home game against Burtin that’s likely to be in most danger of postponement.

True. It's time those so-called weather forecasters were held to account. Trains cancelled? Schools closed? They're not forecasters, they're commentators. Like the rest of us, until we look out of the window we don't know what is happening. Last week, it was snow for Sunday/Monday. Now they keep pushing it back.

Oh yes. I've seen 'Breakfast' on BBC and it's amazing what half an inch of snow in the South-East can add to the 'chaos'. Still, if it keeps an army of 'weather girls' in a job...

BBC currently saying if I go out it would be wise to take a shovel with me, despite no white stuff to be seen anywhere.

What should I do with it at the turnstiles tonight ?

What happens if I get in and we all throw our shovels on the pitch after a bad decision ?

Met Office forecasting snow round here, but not until 18:00-19:00.

Slow news week. If it's not Trump Bashing or Russia Bashing, they're at a loss what to do. Although I did notice the BBC weather forecast giving out a little jag in the kidneyskis by mentioning (more than once) that the cold and snow was coming over from Russia... :rolleyes:

Enjoy the match those who can make it. There’s no way I can get onto main roads where I am despite having the housekeeper and chauffeur digging all morning.
About 8” here but the wife reckons I’m always claiming 8” when it’s more like 4.
Hopefully we’ll be back to winning ways tonight.
