Ratings vs. Swindon

Great win,we had to dig in and work really hard..Swindon were good with the ball despite their niggly tactics...
Turner 8..Made some crucial saves
Brayford 7..Got better as the game went on..One great run but decided not to shoot.
Bash 7...Decent again..did a couple of Cruyff like turns in front of the Kop to add to his Maradona.
Kennedy 8..really good,impressed with the kid and great assist.
Freeman 6..Got better 2nd half and did ok after struggling against the pacey Swindon right flank.
Che 7..Good at times..a bit in and out..great first touch..ran past his man and nearly scored.
Coutts 6..looks decent..some good passes,not the most mobile..more to come.
Reed 8..Class act for the most part..great cross field ball for a Che's chance and set up the first goal.
Wallace 6..Steady..didn't notice him to much to be fair.
Davies 6..Unlucky with the FK..some decent set pieces.
Higdon 5..Did ok,held the ball up and laid it off a couple of times..NC did the right thing in Subbing him.

Murphy 9..don't like giving MoM to a sub,but 2 great goals,caused them problems..ran past people,Class.
Scougs 7..dwelled on the ball once..got a way with it..kept nicking possesion and driving forward.
Baxter 5.. Got caught and took a booking,not really on long.

Not bad for a team with 10 changes to beat the League leaders..UTB!

Just want to add to Brayford's rating..... I had to do a double take to see him there, in the flesh with a Mighty Blades shirt on again. After months of will he won't he on here it's a dream come true. We have been short of a legend that we can build a team around for years. Now we've got him and he will be captain beard next season!

Murphy Adams Flynn

What a strike force that would be.

His skill, turn and shot today was quality him. He seems to have slotted into the team straight away, probably why cloughie hasn't been so desperate for a striker. Could be a proper player.
