My concern for the January is not who we'll buy but us standing firm on bids for Coutts/Fleck/Sharp/Duffy as if they continue to perform bids will be made.

What I will say is after years of messing about with clowns like Collins and Mceverly in defence or playing bad fullbacks as centre halves, previous managers failing to address the defensive issues, or chasing after 1 defender Wilder has made a mockery of the "'no one better than we have " mantra in the 3 Windows he's had. Didn't Adkins say it would take 3 Windows to sort a promotion winning team out ?

We now have real strength in depth at the back - the sensible thing to do is build from the back and maybe that's what Wilder is doing?

Unlike almost every other club including the big Premier League ones we have retained everyone we want and bought in some good additions and still some people rate it 1. Maybe these ought to be told the window opened in June, not this week.
