A gentleman, always came down to the front of the Kop at half time for a chat..
Rip John x

John was one of the nicest guys you could wish to meet and one of the most enthusiastic Blades.

I’ve known him for forty years. We used to travel on the same HQ Supporters Coach (coach 2) organised by Dorothy and Alan. We would have a chat when our paths crossed (as they always seemed to) after home games.

The man had no malice. He totally loved his football club. Just a genuine, lovely guy.

I’m always sad at the loss of a Blade but this one is a real shock and I’m a bit numbed by it. I’m thinking of his good mate Mick, his other friends (all fellow Blades I’m sure and family.

If anyone has funeral details, please let me know.

Sat behind me on the Kop these past 12 years, his distinctive voice and words of encouragement for United will be missed. RIP Blade.

Another one left us today. Timmy was a good bloke. Nice bloke. The world deserves more Timmy’s

RIP fella

Very, very sad news.
A fine few words from Mr Pinchy that says it all.
Heaven's Blades XI has a right squad.
