To be fair to him I genuinely don't think a change of manager would help them. They're at the bottom because they're one of the worst sides in there, not the worst though in my opinion.

From what I've read and heard, the effort has been there in most games and they've played relatively well at times but still haven't won. That's very worrying for them as it suggests the manager is squeezing pretty much every drop out of them and can't get results.
