What with his booking and suspension for the Hartlepool game will that be the last time that we see Quinny in a Blades shirt?

He is totally useless.![]()
Don't get this 'great servant' stuff ,but my main rub with Quinn is the fact that he is capable of being a good player ,he has the ability but shirks and cheats his way through games. Just try watching him in isolation ,he makes it look like he's giving everything but he hides constantly.
.......he might get chance to go home for a few days over New Year...
Did you not notice Richard Cresswell (74) sprinting about 60 yards past him in to help Quinns full back ? Notice how Lowton was having a nightmare until Quinn was replaced on the right wing by Flynn ? Only for LJF LCL DHS or whatever to suffer the same fate. Notice how our corners and free kicks are suddely a threat instead of the front defenders forehead now he has been relieved of them > He is a cheat to the fans and his team mates and I think our form is not due to him but in spite of him ,we will be in a great position if we can replace him with quality next month.
Quinns useless flicks generated at least 2 gilt edged chances today.
There's all the difference in the world between the intelligent, creative, purposeful touches that we saw against Notts and the aimless, futile flicks of his evil twin brother Elpiton. Quinn, frustrating though he can be, is a proper footballer. The former semi-pro, non-league, reserve goalie very nearly ruined him. We now have a proper manager and it shows.
All the time you slagged him off, you never once said he could grow to be a good footballer. Now you realise his potential! Just goes to show your limitation of thought when it comes to football.
At the time I 'slagged him off' he was utterly useless: a complete liability. With the assistance of a decent manager he has changed for the better. It's certainly not a case of 'told you so'!
For the avoidance of doubt, look how The Maestro is tumbling down the pecking order now we've got a manager who understands proper football. Hallelujah!
needs to keep his gob shut more when the refs about, the booking against county was totally un-necessary.

Aye, relegated to the bench for a few games after injury. You've so clearly been vindicated.

Yes, I have. The results and standard of football speak volumes.
Significantly, Jonny Ertl has been preferred from the bench in the last two games.
All the signs are there. The release of Nelson Mandela and the fall of the Berlin Wall will pale into insignificance compared to our imminent and momentous deliverance.
I know it hurts but I'm sure we can buy you a new mediocrity in the January sales.
I'm all for us selling Monty in January Pinchy. It seems in your determintion to see things in only one way, you often miss what's being said.

It's a gift! Shared with an elite few
