Weren’t we 3-0 up after 10 minutes against Crewe in the early 00’s?

Was that the game when we were well in truly in front that Ted missed a penalty at the kop end. Made no difference to the result or the points gained. The week before he scored a late, late penalty at QPR to give us a point. That point was very important.

Strange that there was more pressure on him to score the last minute equaliser at QPR than the following week when we were winning 5-0 against Blackburn but he hit the penalty towards the back of the Kop!
