Quick review of Rotherham game

I would hazard a guess that you fit this bill when fairly assessing a players performance with a bit of fair analysis...

I think it's probable that Porter is our best striker right now. Unfortunately, if everyone were of that standard, we're heading to the 4th division.

It was clear that whenever Rotherham got in and around our box, they'd get a shot away. The players believed they'd got a chance of scoring, and from their reaction, the fans did too.

When we got in and around their box, it was obvious to us that we'd fanny about with it, pass it backwards and eventually lose possession.

They appear to be suffering from a severe lack of confidence, swagger and bollocks.

I think they need to be let of the leash in the final 3rd. It looks like they are trying to play the final 3rd the same way as they do from the back. Instinct must take over. Weir's football is still lost in translation.

We need a Morgan in there, a McCall in the middle.

These young lads are being completely overrun. We need some PROPER leaders out there!!

Having a good natter with a Rotherham fan in t'boozer afterwards, he thought that we were full value at half time for the 1-0 lead. However, in the second half he thought that we were passing it for the sake of passing it, and that we overelaborated much of the time.

Not an unfair assessment, I think.

"I think we have had a horrible start," said Prince Abdullah. "Four points out of five games is not going to get you anywhere.
"The team needs to improve and it needs to improve quickly. Good performances are not going to take you anywhere, you are what your record says you are."

Just added a bit on there Linz
