Can you enter United ground at half time? I'm working till 3pm and will miss first half. I can get for the second half but unsure if I'm allowed in. Ticket office is closed tomorrow so I'm not sure if it's possible. Does anyone know?

I've gone in at half time before with a season ticket.
Just told a steward and they let me in

I don't know as I have never had to do it but I can't see why not. You have paid for the ticket so at the end of the day it's up to you when you go in surely? I can't see it been a problem.

Whatvstand are you in? I've seen the stewards let people oit of the kop at half time to go get a burger from the van outside, then come back in.

Damn, now I want a burger.

South stand... Or the Tony curry stand as its called now

I’ve been in just as injury time was starting in the first half before and that was in the South Stand. Don’t see why they wouldn’t let you in and besides the turnstiles are automated so surely they don’t turn them off?

I reckon you’ll be fine. You better how we don’t take the foot off the gas in the second half though cause we’ll probably be 5-0 up by the time you get there.

There’s usually a “late turnstile” open so yes. Just ask a steward.

Smile nicely, undo a button or two, show a bit of leg and show em your pedigree and it opens most doors... does for our lass anyway so give it a whirl... in any case aren’t th gates open 20minutes before the end nowadays?..

How can a turnstile be late?
If it takes a wrong turn and gets lost?;)

I remember turning up late for one match, it's years ago now, it was more like the start of the second half. I used to go on the kop back then, and I remember asking one of the stewards if there were any turnstiles open. I normally used to enter the kop at the corner of John Street and Shoreham Street. He told me to use the "late turnstile" but at the time this was on the corner of Cherry Street and Shoreham Street. This was in the days when you handed over money at the turnstile, and some old bloke in a flat-cap would fumble around and give you your change. No old bloke on duty on the late turnstile though...just a young kid, not much older than me. I handed over my money and he just looked at me and snatched it out of my hand - and he said - "tha late!" - and I said, "I know I am", and he replied, "Ah, but tha reight late" like I'd done something wrong! Miserable chuff! I think I'd driven from the other end of the country to be there an' all.

So is this correct that the Ticket office is closed today?
