Assuming we are to attempt to make the top 6 tomorrow nights match became more important to pick 3 points up in than before this last weekend.

I think the performance was more worrying than the result. I like many thought that the international break would help us given it would see a few players return.
We have also of course seen Sharp injured (Hopefully back tomorrow) and McBurnie pick up another niggle.

QPR like us have seen their playoff push stutter a little with 4 defeats in their last 5 they are more out of sorts than we are.
With 3 home games in a row we need to capitalise on this, however all games present tough propositions. Even Reading do given they are scrapping to survive.

We need to get back into some good form to not only make the playoffs but go into them with some momentum.
Forest are looking like the best side in the division right now in terms of form, however will they still look this way in another seven or 8 games? You want to hit form at the right time and maintain it.

Fingers crossed we will have some more strikers to choose from. If we don't we need to play more to Jebbison's strengths, he's got a bit of pace utilise it!

Decent performance and win tomorrow and we will have righted Saturdays poor show and give us some confidence. Draw or lose and many will say we've blown it, and of course we won't have done if that's the case. But it does make the job harder.

Season's done....you could see it and sense it at Stoke on Saturday.

A draw with the Hoops tomorrow and a loss Saturday to Bornmuff will confirm it.

People said the same after the Cov game to be fair and we are just as inconsistent as other teams.

Most teams from 3rd down (bar maybe Forest at the moment) seem prone to the occasional blip.

I reckon there are a few twists and turns left yet.

If you know anything about football you will have got to learn that football takes many twists and turns.
it’s not done far from it

Appreciate that there will be twists and turns but I just can't see it involving us sadly....Cov away was a horror show and Saturday at Stoke could have been just as bad if Stoke were half decent.....and sandwiched in-between those games was a 0-0 v Blackpool and a 2-0 win over the bottom side in Barnsley......hardly inspiring stuff!

I would love to be proved wrong but stood there watching at the Bet365 you could just sense that we are spent this season, there's fuck all left in the tank.

My daughter is going tomorrow, her only other Blades games are Peterborough at home and Hull away, scored 9 , conceded 2. We'll win.
Hope your right fella
The one and only time I took a girl / women to a game was Walsall at home the year we went down
Bad luck Dem wimin I tell thy

I've been to two league games as well this season - Hull(h)0-0 and Miwaww(a)1-0. Great choices.
Thankfully I'm not going tomorrow.

My away games this season are: Hull (W), Coventry, Blackburn, Derby, Stoke (L). The 4 losses have been shocking performances. We weren't even good at Hull but they were really bad.

If we win tomorrow she can have my son's ticket for the rest of the season 😂
Used to being my lad over on a regular basis , lost play off finals -semi finals - normal games in premier/ championship/ league 1 , in fact he wanted to see Ireland v Germany play in Dublin
for his birthday ( choice was us v Oldham ) Germany won 6-1
We’ve won 1 game since I’ve been bringing him since he was 11
Now that’s. Fucking Johna

I’ve been to 7 away this season and seem us score 7 goals. Unfortunately, 6 of those came in 2 games.

Missed the Brewster goal at Blackburn too so that was a fun day out.

Only other one I’ve seen was Forest.

I too missed Brewster's goal. All of them have been the larger allocations so there's been a load of twats in the crowd and I've been sober for all games. I used to love away games but now I just find the performances and behaviour of a section of our fans to be depressing.

Hard to avoid as well, particularly in the ground. I actually quite enjoyed Saturday apart from the match. Think it helped that the police were actually pretty decent with us. I know our fans dont help themselves sometimes but there are certain forces who really like to pour petrol on the fire

Police are generally fine when you're walking around with a year old kid but they did seem very friendly on Saturday, a good few of them wished us a good journey home when leaving the ground. I've had different experiences with groups of lads in the past but I think I'm safe from that for the next few years.

Season isn't over if we don't take 3 points tomorrow but a loss will make us outsiders for the playoffs, and make Bournemouth pretty much a must-win. Time for McBurnie to step up, and Berge to show us what he can do. I wouldn't ming seeing Osborn start this one.

Looking forward to tonight. Hopefully continue the home form which has been impressive. We look a bit like under Wilder early in the season we got promoted right now away from home. Allow games to drift then get done 1-0. Thought we'd just miss out with all the injuries etc and away form is hurting us. Hecky done a great job so far though. Doesn't mean he's a great manager or will be successful for us going forward but can't knock what he's done so far. Need 4 points from next two really to keep us alive.

I was at that Ireland v Germany game. Germany had a lot of talented players. Schweinsteiger etc. I used to fly over through Manchester and get the train to Sheffield a few times a year. But have been living in Derby now for a number of years so its a lot easier to get to games more regularly. Seen some good and some bad games. Beating Middlesbrough at home was a highlight. As another poster said we are inconsistent and that seems to be most teams bar Fulham. We have enough quality if we can put in the performances to make the playoffs. Some teams must have really good home form to be getting points because I have only seen a few teams at the lane that I would call decent.

what codswallop

forest lost 1-0 at stoke so have they no chance of going up too
had we got the penalty wed have got the point at least and be 5th
21 points still to play for means if 73 gets 6th we need 4 wins

Can't see us beating QPR (home or away) or Bournemouth so that's pretty much season over for us.

Injuries have done us.

we will see pal...

Simplistically I think we need to commit more bodies forward tonight. On that note though, I think part of the away tactics is to keep it tight.

Hopefully tonight we'll have more support for Jebbison, who was really isolated at times v Stoke.

Season is far from over. COYB. Need every fan backing the team, vocally.

Always entertaining vs the drama Queens....3-2 seemed to be a familiar scoreline down the annals of history. Will take a freaky off-the-arris og in a one-nowt tonight.
