Promotion a possibility?

Camara certainly looks quality and if we keep players at that level better results are likely to appear. Still think the next step is to fix the CB partnership. It'snot the only weak link but should be the first to get fixed.

Football is about runs, and we are on a bad one. How long it goes on for or how soon it ends, no bugger knows. Then again, perhaps some peoples reason for being is just to make as many people as miserable as they are on a daily basis.

If it ends and we win 3 on the bounce we are back in with a shout. Its tighter than a fat girls pants in the Championship right now so a bit of good form would see us back up there.

But hey, moan on about how bad things are. Theres cancer, aids and a murder every several minutes or so, but Sheffield United fans know how to party.

Personally I'd like to see a new manager come in. The players are lacking in confidence and it could give them the boost we need. IMO we won't get promoted with KB in charge.

It absolutely can be done though. The division is not great (again). Newcastle, Cardiff, Boro and West brom all look ok, but not great. Remember Palace a few years ago when Dowie was in charge? He took them from a relegation team to getting promoted. Theyu went on a fantastic run, sneaked in the play offs and then won it. We all know how close we came under Blackwell in his first season also.

You say you dont think we'll get promoted with Blackwell in charge but then say about how close we were when Blackwell took over, if you then realise that we came even closer last season then promotion under Blackwell is a distinct possability. I understand that your getting at new manager syndrome but that can also go the other way like with Robson or Keane at Ipswitch.

I think the team will get a massive boost when some of them get fit again (especially Monty and Ward) which will lift them more than if we sacked Blackwell.

The championship is always too tight to call and this season looks even tighter. I agree that we're coming to the end of our blip now and also am possative that we'll get to atleast the playoffs if not better.
