After all the assets and the club is bought by The Prince what do you reckon is his first task to improve? (Apart from the usual summer signings)

Definitely need to increase the capacity for me. More fans would rather buy a season ticket than pay £40 a game imo, plus the demand was huge in the summer for a S/T so this backs it up.

People have been on about not having sell outs this season...

Freehold !!!!

If you're going to joke on a football message board at least get the important details correct ;)
Ironic thing was I was just discussing purchase of the leasehold on my father in laws property as I’m executing his will as the news broke. Had leasehold in my head, but you’re right, I apologise, clowning around should be more professional. ;)

Investment into all areas that will help the club progress. Pick any from:

  • Training facilities
  • Squad stability and improvements
  • Ground improvements
  • Sponsorship deals
  • Free Wi-fi in all areas of the stadium
  • Keep season tickets are a sensible price

  • and my favourite..... a free Chip Butty and a Pint at every last home match that we stay in the Prem :p

I was joking too.

Don't envy you your task having had the misfortune to wind up several family estates myself.

Good luck with it.

Some of those arcade punchball machines so we can all get up to speed with our Kidney punching.

Amarite?

Hope this bloke doesn’t do what he is reported to have said and sell the property assets for development! Should we be worried?

get rid of the pillars on the kop

Realistically I reckon that's all it needs. We'd all love a shiny new super-steep Kop end, of course, but that'd cost a shitload of money and would probably have a very long ROI. I'd be happy for us to cantilever the roof, remove the pillars, chuck some new catering facilities on the back and install a few safe-standing seats for good measure. That'd do us nicely and would cost a lot less.

Which property assets are you worried he might sell?

We need better training facilities and moving away from Shirecliffe might be the only way we get them. There's no chance he'll move us out of Bramall Lane. We need to play somewhere and the money he'd get for selling the land wouldn't cover the cost of a new stadium. There's no benefit for anyone.

I know people begging for tickets on match days so saying 'no capacity increase' is silly. People were wanting season tickets in the summer and missed out due to a cap on how many allowed. Also alot of seats are restricted view.
