Prince already stated he will buy the property with the premiership money.The more he has to pay for the property the more pressure that creates for the workings of the club going forward.
McCabe is aware of this but his last shot before he leaves town is not the role of a philanthropist. It seems he's after his pound of flesh which is very disappointing.
