And he went off to sulk underwater in Aquatarkus. Altogether now, Meeep, Meeep m'meep, mt mt mt mt mer mer...

I think we've lost anybody under 45.

I think you're right. Bleeding kids, know nowt. Describe a song that lasts for 23 minutes and they just look blank. Attention deficit generation

Good result today, hopefully we can keep the momentum going.

A draw was a fair result by the sounds of it,and finally we sounded a lot more direct.Keep it going lads.Well done.

Direct in a good way :)

Entertaining game today, could have taken all three points, then again, so could they :)

Most would have taken a draw before hand, just a pity that now we're getting a bit more of a rhythm on the pitch, we have a break.

Why don't they arrange a friendly against Huddersfield or someone. Or is that not allowed?

Before the game said I'd take a point today, but It could have gone either way, and at times didnt look like an average League 1 fixture. Thought Baxter really put a shift in & Howard pulled off some major saves. Still not convinced by Higdon though, too static for me. Great following today Blades, onwards & upwards

When you take into consideration the midweak game at West Ham aswell, that support of just under 2,000 in a league one fixture really is something else.

Just got back in to our dingy little room in Blackpool, fancied a nice cup of tea to wash down the ale but looked in the kettle and I can't say i'm overjoyed at the thought of a PG tips with essence of limescale and stale urine.

What a bloody day I have had and that game of football was one of the most enjoyable parts of it for once.Fair enough it was nervy being on the end of Preston's cosh especially towards the end of the game but we didn't concede and we picked up a massive morale boosting point if anything in what was our best league performance of the season at a team who I consider a bogey team on their turf.

I reckon if that game was on TV even those who don't really have time for League One football would have enjoyed it. I had everything that you would want from a match as a neutral. Both teams were up for it, both teams went for it for 90 minutes and if we are being reight about things both teams deserved something out of it, if only based on entertainment alone. It was open and fluent and both teams threatened and created chances and at the same time wasted chances but overall it was just a really positive, attacking minded game between two confident teams. .

Every single player in United team I think had a decent enough game. Howard had a blinder and pulled off some decent saves, the back four were a bit lax and caught napping for the goal again but made up for it with an otherwise solid performance. Our midfielder was attacking and creative and our wide men caused problems for them a good few times. Doyle put in a very solid shift and put himself about a bit and Jose looks like he has bags of confidence about him and once again shows what can happen when you are confident and shoot on sight. Higdon wasn't prolific but he did put himself about a bit.

I am thrilled beyond belief to see a United team looking to get at teams and attack away from home. None of this park a bus and look for the long ball or quick counter attacks tactics that we have been used to. I think the confidence of last year is on it's way back again finally. Our opposition today take nothing away from them, played with a very similar mentality to us and looked solid, experienced and good value for their current form and position, if they carry on like this they will be up there at the end of the season for sure. Best team weve played this season thats for sure.
