Another short turnaround for the game at Charlton, where hopefully we'll have Kitching, Phillips and Bamford available — decent spine, that.
So get your questions for FH Team in quick sharp.

CW thoughts on why we have this reoccurring theme of conceding goals from players who are completely unmarked in our box.

Is it due to lack of speed, awareness or desire? Is it a worrying trend for him Is it something hes working on to fix..

Majority of our goals conceeded have been from players who have not been marked or tracked back and left stood in the box to be able to a be passed too for a shot or stood there for ball to bounce back to them.

So a question around this would be nice to hear and his thoughts as to why it keeps happening.

He was on the bench last night. We went with an impressive count of two right backs and two left backs!
Actually this sort of leads to a question.

The squad is still a bit unbalanced. We are overloaded with full backs (3 on each side) and centre midfielders (6, or 7 if you count Shacks) and then light in other areas, particularly out wide and to a point up front.

Will we try and move a couple out of the 25 to try and balance things better in January, especially if we’re in and around the top 8 or is that something more likely to be undertaken next summer?

It’s great we have versatile players to a point that can come on and fill a gap, but it’d be even greater if we had another attacking winger to bring on when Chong/Donovan tire rather than using Seriki or moving BBD.

How are you going to make the right side of our team more robust? Time and again we were vulnerable there against Preston and it’s happened against numerous teams too!
I'd put Baptiste at RB and Seriki RW. Seriki has the pace to get back and support, but he is a real threat down that right hand side which should make the opposition more cautious.

Could you provide detailed medical reports for all our injured players (including players who are carrying injuries but are playing nevertheless) and, most importantly, a timeline for recovery and likely future involvement, either as a substitute or in the starting XI. These reports should be authenticated by a second opinion from a suitably qualified professional.

With the division starting to split and teams beginning to pull away or drop off, what do you think is separating the current front-runners from the pack, and how do we stack up?

Did you not witness the game he had when he tried him there. Absolutely torid time.

I would try like others have suggested either burrows or McCallum.

What do you see in Chong? Who has 0 end product and refuses to make any sort of challenge or barely even run back?

Additionally have the coaching staff noticed that Choudary constantly tucks almost as a third cb and what is being done to improve this?

Choudhury is constantly out of position.
Sometimes he's too narrow as you say, other times he'll go bombing past Chong, who promptly loses it, and Choudhury can't get back.
Needs sorting 'cause it's costing us goals.

Anything about tying key men to new deals? Would be good to hear from Wilder on this. The likes of Cooper, Tanganga, Burrows and Peck all have contracts to the summer of 2028. We need to be giving Cooper and Peck what they want imo, as with our current recruitment, it would take a lot more money to replace them.

Does Wilder get frustrated with long balls to Cannon when he clearly struggles to win headers and/or hold the ball up?

We're notoriously slow at moving forward but recently Cooper has released the ball quickly with a targeted pass and sent us on a quick counter instead of a hopeful ball down the channels or on to Cannons head while he fights bigger stronger defenders. How much do you hate this Is this something that is being encouraged?

Same question again in a slightly different format.

What on the pitch performance targets have the owners set you for this season. Automatic promotion?, minimum play offs or simply avoiding relegation? How often are these targets reviewed?

Stephen Bettis recently stated if the team was doing well in January the owners may release some funds for players. Is that your understanding? What is the benchmark to release these funds, In top 2, 4, 6, 8 over a number of games?
