The fitness and conditioning team did an absolutely stunning job last season in keeping the lads tip top.
Apart from the chessie game where half of them looked half pissed,we've been sharp all season to the final whistle.

I remember seeing an interview with carruthers and he said he's not seen training as hard as the intensity is so high.

If you are trying to enter a group, you got to match the standard. They will all be up to standard next pre season.
