TBF they were talking about their next 2 matches. Hated these bastards since they nearly had our minibus on its side in FA cup early 80s when Curran had his only decent game for us. Still lost.

IIRC, some Stokies turned a car on it's side on Shoreham Street after the first tie.

To be fair, you could post that about every team in the league, with the possible exception of Coventry.

It's a league full of teams that aren't great, as we proved by winning 92 points last year whilst being "not great"

Some very tasty days out against them in the 80s. I remember going there in the mid 80s and I think it was the first game of the season and we beat them 3-1. It was chaos in the away end and outside after the match
