"their team is no better than ours"

"we completely matched them earlier in the season.”

They tried to come the ‘big I am’ up there in November. I know somebody who gat smacked from behind, the bloje that did it got filled in. Wasn’t the only incident that day

Indeed it wasn’t - I showed a bunch of blue noses how to get to Wetherspoons after the match. They were very grateful.

Erm....

Wow, tough lads aren't they. I was at that game in the 70's, I don't remember any of that bollocks , I remember when we got in the ground a copper asked what was going on (large number of blades, last match of season) when we told him that if we win we were in Europe for the first time he went and told his mate who just shook his head, no warning, the coppers couldn't believe it, 0-0,is about all I can remember from the game , so near so far, I really thought we were on for good times, how many times have we thought that, this time next year.......

I love some fans attitude: "Some of our fans punched some of their fans in the 70s so we're much better than they are."

Whatever makes relegation easier to deal with

Cheers Roy!

You get plenty of good views from Birmingham. It's when you turn round and start looking at the fucker that the urge to claw out your own eyes becomes almost unbearable. What with the local accent as well, seldom will you find a place that offends the senses quite so acutely.

That said, my old boss was both an Arsenal fan and a weapons grade thundercunt so I will always be grateful for their last minute League Cup win a few years back which left him with a face like thunder for weeks.

Permanently being in villa’s shadow and therefore never achieving anything on the pitch means they have a Millwallesque view that football is about who is best at punching people.

DID YOU KNOW ?

Also in the 70's, Birmingham offered £150,000 for TC.
Saw it in a Sunday tabloid back then and it still makes me chuckle.

Think they may have had a couple of decent players though.

Visiting Birmingham makes me thankful I come from Sheffield.

Horrendous place.

Thanks Roy always a great read. If we take the chances we undoubtedly will create its a win, depends if Leon and Billy have their shooting boots on or not. I expect L Evans to fire one in from long range. The way he plays and moves is a bit like Beckham, unfortunately not as good as him but you never know how he will develop
