The “1000 games” stuff is a bit patronising, he made a mistake and whether it’s his 100,000th or 1st game he should hold his hands up.

Interesting that he referred to the stats of the game the other night, didn’t he tell another manager recently that if you lose 1-0 then the stats are irrelevant?!

Wilder MK2 is not the manager for me at all, he’s becoming bitter and embarrassing, calling the fans out last week was the final straw for me.

I was devastated when he left the first time around, felt like a gut punch when I heard the news, this time around he just seems full of himself.

If he says we are on 2 points more than we actually are one more time I'm going to scream, I love wilder but Jesus Christ, let it go
What if it makes the players believe the other teams aren't superior to us. We get caught up in the big scary Leeds and unstoppable Burnley hype train, maybe the players do too. I personally think he uses it to remind the players and fans that we're still in the race, we've won as many games (more?) Than the others and as a team we were up agasint it from the start of the season through no fault of the playing staff.

You can see why Boro and Watford fans don't like him.

The best way to prove that would be to beat one of them this season. We’re quickly approaching the last chance to do so and winning the games before then is a must.

I think he should slag the fans off even more. Let's go out in a blaze of controversy and hatred. Say this forum is full of thickos and that all the podcast and YouTube channels need shutting down. Offer YorkBlade out for a fight behind Argos
And he should finish by suggesting you live under a bridge 🤣

Wilder has always been a manager who is everyone's friend when things are going well but an absolute mardy cnut when they aren't. He'll walk into a pub and buy everyone a drink when results are good. Skulk off into a corner when they aren't. Lots of managers like this today. Klopp is the best example. The thing in, Wilder has never actually done anything, but acts like he's won a few Champions League titles and a Premier League.

He never takes any responsibility for poor results or performances though.. Blames everyone but himself. If we lose a couple more games no doubt he'll be chucking the players under a bus, again. Or will it be the lefties again? If I were Scott Parker, I'd turn up to our game with a sandwich.

Spot on. This 1000 game nonsense
Is so arrogant. Who cares Chris. Whatever anyone does in life for a living it matters not from 20 years ago. Jesus imagine the job interview….. yes I got sacked from my last 2 jobs for being rubbish and before that I walked out but took my employer for £4m. But before that I was really really good! ….. who would hire that ?

I hope we win tomorrow of course I do. I’m bloody well down here now ( and quite
Enjoying it😉) so I will be 100% behind the team. I might even say you know what 20 years ago I bought a pint…. Must be someone else’s round ! UTB!
