While I wouldn't exactly shed a tear if WHU went down instead but I no longer have any animosity towards them. All watta under bridge as fars am concerned nah.

But Villa on the other hand, who have spent £140 odd million in the summer then a further splurge in the JTW it would be very funny IMO to see them go down after spending all that coin.

I’d prefer West Ham to go down than Villa but both would be nice.

I agree with all that you say Danny. However, It would be interesting to see how West Ham would react in this situation. I remember the dismissive comments from Trevor Brooking in 2007, followed by the years of vitriol from West Ham fans after we sued them... There could be something in this Kharma thing!!

That would be worth the two points( UNLESS IT COSTS US A PLACE IN EUROPE)to see them go down one point away from safety and Villa stop up.I wonder if that nice Mr Brooking would have a different view on things.It would be so funny watching him squirm but it is West Ham we are talking about so the men in the ivory towers would save them unlike when they let us drop out of the prem without a second thought. I suppose I am wishing for to much when I would love us to score the goal that sent them down.

The point West Ham had ‘stolen’ by VAR at the Lane and this ‘extra’ point Villa have got could be critical at the end of the season.
