Not a popular opinion but most players are below top championship level, we're a shallow squad and when we can't play full strength it shows.

With that in mind, not a suprise we lost to Boro - Peck, Arblaster and Brewster just aren't good enough to be a core of any serious team

Hoping Jan brings more depth otherwise we'll keep sinking if we can't field our best 11.

One thing that really annoys me is that if you criticise, constructive or otherwise, instantly you deemed a 'bed wetter', what the hell is that all about? Its just so blooming childish. Now I'm a bed wetter (77 years old) and I'll tell you its NOT funny! UTB

He has a good record in the lower leagues, but this is now a long time ago. Since the 2019/20 season he's achieved nothing of any note wherever he's been. We can't rest on his past achievements. I'm not sure about management options for us going forward either, but if the next 4 games don't pan out well (and I don't mean winning them all, more the manner of play), it won't be looking good for him, and it shouldn't be. I feel that the players have some undoubted talent, but he probably isn't the person to get the best out of them.

I feel you and I’m not a wilder is god kinda guy, I was just saying that it’s a bit rude to not take in to context his achievements. Some of it is at a higher level and if we’d allowed, I dunno, another four signings, we might not look as fragile. It might be that he knew the budget and sacrifices bodies over quality or something. At the end of the day you never know if he planned to be allowed more than what we got and for whatever reason we couldn’t do it.

Let’s not forget some people were predicting we’d be league one next year. We won’t be.

Painful pre match interview just listened to it. Spends 10 minutes talking about the trials and tribulations of being a manager… win some games everyone loves you, lose some games everyone hates… just get on with it! Stop moaning! He’s talking about leeds as if they’re Man City, honestly if the prize of getting promoted involves hearing the hierarchy of our club talk about how everyone is just so good and we can’t compete then please please please let’s not fucking go up cause I can’t stand it. Love Wilder, my sporting hero, however this moaning he’s got himself into has to stop, it’s unbearable and is polar opposite to the League 1 side he basically rocked the premier league with.

The Wilder fan boys said he had a free pass last season. It was meant to be all about this season. Now they are coming out with this rubbish about not having a squad good enough to challenge, mid table being our expectation blah blah. So we’re giving him another free pass this season too by the sounds of it. When this season becomes a damp squib what will the excuses be next year? Let’s give him 3 years to put it right shall we while we piss our two years of parachute payments up the wall! Get a fucking grip!

This. It’s like groundhog day … again. Brief period in the sun and CW laps up the adulation. He tries to get clever, fucks it up and suddenly it’s everyone else whose to blame. He is a man of limited, one dimensional talent. I said at the start I didn’t want him back and that it was a retrograde step. Get him gone whilst we still have some parachute money left please

2/ Why would a team who hasn't lost all season suddenly become as bad as some on here claim they are ?
