Stood having a pint been down here 20 minutes this is possibly the worst I have seen us play in a decade and one of the worst I have ever seen us play we are absolutely shocking tonight. Sack him at half time can the board not see the fans walking out after half an hour for fuck sake. Sack Weir at half time and I will tell you something if Weir doesn't go after this then he will never go.

Can anyone give us some possession stats please as weve hardly touched the ball it is embaressing and when we have touched the ball it has been defenders clearing it as king hall and brandy have done fuck all. nothing up front at all.

As someone who doesn't go much, its odd to watch.

It looks like 11 blokes who've never met before.

Nothing to do with 'tippy tappy', passion or up n'atem.

They just don't look like they want to win. They don't look like they want to be footballers.

Blades 44% Crawley 56% according to the SUFC website.

We have drawn to fecking Crawley! We are destined to be relegated with Weir in charge, we need to get rid of him as soon as bloody possible! Weir OUT!

Worst manager since Peters? or even worse. 10 games, 1 win, 0 clean sheets and Harry is still our top scorer with 2.

First half was a disgrace. Second half was better but had to be - but still a million miles from what is required. The most shambolic Blades team I've ever seen.

You obviously weren't around for the 0-5 home loss to Oldham...it would need to be a pretty shambolic display to beat that one...

I'm so glad no one is letting the goal paper over the cracks, it's totally shambolic I'm ashamed to say but for the first time ever I didn't want us to score not for us supporters or our beloved sufc but so the manager no longer had a chance of being in charge!! I hate the shit I'm watching.....

I'd say time's up from me, but I'm basing that on reports, forums and statistics. Being down south I've not seen us since the opening day. So I'm going next Sunday to Northampton to see it myself and then form an opinion.

First half I won't retract it was pathetic and by far one of the worst performances I've seen the team I love ever play. Crawley aren't a bad team don't get me wrong but it's a bloody good job they weren't on it because any team in form would have walked in at half time 6 or 7 nowt up. Only a combination of nothing in the final third for them and shambolic but sometimes effective defending kept a team of headless chickens in the game.

Second half was a very forced performance. Give em the only credit in that a bit of effort was made by a quarter of the team but yet they still look like a team of players who met in the car park 20 minutes before kick off and threw on shirts. No chemistry, nobody on the same wavelength, nobody with the bollocks to beat the man and get the ball in and nobody with the bollocks to attack the ball. We don't win any 50/50 balls, we don't win the second ball and we nesh out of the challenge allover the pitch.

I tell you what second half I saw a different Marlon King because in the first half I thought he was rubbish but lets be fair other than Collins everyone was but especially going forward. Second half he showed a bit of class and to be honest looked way too good to play for this shambles of a United squad. He got in positions and flicked the ball around but nobody seemed to be on the same level as him. Simple but never the less a well took goal as well.

That isn't good enough. Second half slight perk up and goal does nowt for me. TERRIBLE .

That's why we shouldn't sack him! It takes a very long time for a side to gel and there were moments today where you could see with time certain things may go better.

Got to start next game with King and Taylor up front.

Oh wait

We cant because our brilliant manager wont request the next game is called off so we are missing King

People round us were slagging King but I pointed out that we were trying to play him in the same vein that we were playing Porter - slag the latter all you like but he, nor King, nor anyone else we could afford would be likely to win a ball aimed at his throat 30 yards from goal with no one in the same half and make a goal scoring opportunity from it.

Well said mate. You can see what they're trying to do. When it clicks it will click.

McMahon for example - thunder strike against the post and across the goal line. If Leyton Orient had struck that it would be in the back of the net. When your lucks in, it's in.

It will come. Have faith

(For the record, I'm not saying we're just lacking luck. We're far from the finished product but the signs are promising)

You make your own luck.

We are shit.

King has been presented with one chance in 3 games and scored it. If there were more balls through the defence along the ground or to feet we'd score loads. Problem is they drill it at the forwards to their heads, chest, neck or merely over hit it out of play.

It's creativity and the final ball that we're lacking. Confidence too.

Mate, we're fourth bottom of the Third Division, this isn't some flight of fancy, we really are shit. We just drew at home at cocking Crawley.

6 of the 11 that started are new players this season. 1 of which arrived at dinnertime. The team needed rebuilding. Weir is rebuilding it. You don't move into a house if there's no roof do you. It takes time. The squad he is building is a damn sight better than what we had 12months ago.

The reason we are here is Ched Evans. The moment we failed to go up at the first attempt was the moment we fell into obscurity. McCabe (for all his knockers) gambled and didn't sell all the high earners when relegated in a hope to go up at first attempt. By failing to do that we had the entire backbone ripped out of the squad. Wilson getting us in play offs last season was a miracle and proved what a good manager he was but the fans wanted him out so here we are.. Moaning about the next one
