Just seen this over on Footy Headlines, nice colours although never been a big fan of the sash.

Interesting... OG image appears grayscale, used a colorising tool it appears to be either purple or dark red - going to assume it’s the purple Beerschot kit we’ve been expecting

It’s a rendered image made by Footy Headlines based on info they’ve received. Which presumably went something like this .. “it’s black with a dark grey sash and white/silver trim”.

I didn't even like the home shirt from 16/17 if critical. Why? Because it has black sleeves and sides hence it's not red and white stripes. I refuse to buy a home shirt that isn't red n white stripes basically all over the shirt. That seems to make me in the minority. I doubt any Adidas home shirt will ever have complete red and white stripes, they have to put solid backs or sleeves in every kit, why we've gone with them for another 3 years is beyond me.
Leeds' away shirt has stripes on the back and sleeves - I would have been much happier with a red and white version of that.

If that’s true then that’ll take us up to a full decade of adidas kits. For kit lovers that’ll be a great decade of classic kits to look back on in 20/30 years, including a wide selection of colours for the away kits. A couple of iffy home shirts but 2 of our greatest ever home shirts (16/17 + 18/19).
It would also put them second only to Umbro in kit suppliers we've had for the longest duration.

Old skool, no fucking black in the shirt. All this, it's not a Blades shirt without the black pinstripes, we were 81 years with red and white. Anything that looks close to this is a proper shirt

NB The collar should be red as well
Do we have to go back to the Sheffield coat of arms as well? Things evolve. The black stripes add a touch of class for me.

Not allowed the coat of arms, copyright the council, otherwise yes. The city club representing the city, let South Barnsley wear their deformed kestrel badge.
Let the council keep the coat of arms. Our badge is a timeless thing of beauty and represents the city perfectly - S Yorks rose, Sheffield steel, the industrial heritage of the city, our nickname the Blades and the club colours...all captured in a simple clean iconic design...perfect

Very true. I think it's one the best football badges around. A great legacy left to us by Jimmy Hagan

Same source suggesting either of these as the home kit.

wow if true, either one would be the best home kit we've had in years. How did they fuck it up so bad this season!

re sponsor - one things for sure, it won't be a gambling company with PA at the helm - wouldn't surprise me if Utilita (youth team sponsor) take the step up - they sponsored Brentford this season

Why is everyone convinced that the black one is greyscale? It could just be those colours.

Mind you, if it is a black and white pic, it could be anything... anyone for dark grey shirt with pink sash?
