What will you do if Wilder leaves?

I shall be buying a new pair of Velcro fastening shoes ready for August

A bit of a poor end to the season and 'little bit disappointed' seems to be replacing 'absolutely gutted' for a lot of people.

But I'd be absolutely gutted. Angry at the club, and very disappointed with Wilder. It would leave us with far less hope and taint everything he's achieved here. I'd have zero enthusiasm for the season. I'd be resigned to supporting 'club retard' forever.

To those who voted ‘nothing’; that’s why this club does nowt. You’re happy to be beaten up and abused.

I'm at the point now where I am resigned to him going, even though I don't think he will if that makes any sense! I do think from his last interview that he seemed to be summing up where the club is now as if to say its in a good state for the next guy. Maybe I'm reading too much into his interview; maybe he was just reflecting on the season. If he goes though I actually think the club will back McCabe more than they do Wilder - on current info provided. We all agree the situation needs sorting but also I don't think as Unitedites we appreciate the uncertainty that is currently being created by Wilders forthright interviews. I'd have preferred he did this to the board only and toned it down to the fans.

I voted remain calm and sensible by the way. Until Steve McClaren and Alan Pardew become the favourites!

Are we going to have an entire summer of pointless speculation? 'Will Wilder leave?', 'Who will be the new owners?', 'Will we face a relegation struggle next season?', 'Will Fleck leave?'

Believe it or not, there are many clubs out there with far bigger problems than us. Stoke. West Brom. Swansea. Wednesday. Palace when Zaha goes. Fulham when Sessegnon goes. Sunderland etc. The Black Cats, whether they realise it or not will not have any easy games next season - the 'big fish in a little pool' syndrome. Most of the high-earners will be shipped out and they'll be starting from scratch.

Try to worry about the things you can do something about.

Carry on regardless der der der, der der der der.

OK then, I'll stamp my feet, jump up and down, maybe shout a few expletives and write a letter to Kev telling him what a cock up he's made of it all again.
The end result will be the same, what will be will be, anything I do will not change that.

Gone for a little dissappointed when really I will be hugely pissed off, with both owners and Wilder himself.

I’ll take my shoes off and wave them about for a bit......then go home and cut my season ticket up
