How on earth could the Blades be a pointless answer?

Other pointless answers - Barnsley, Middlesboro, and Wimbledon.

Perhaps because it happened 20 years ago, and whilst it is burned into the memory of most Blades old enough to remember it, most non Blades simply don't remember it and as far as most of them are concerned we are an insignificant, struggling third division team in which they have little interest.

I only needed one "pointless" answer to win the jackpot - Portsmouth & Chelsea were my other answers.

For me, I was working in the USA at the time and so I flew home specifically for this game. Other than that, and the sending off, it was just another victory over Newton Heath.
