FFS are you that gullible? McCabe's the problem, he's the floating turd, he's the wanker who runs the club and he's the one who's taken us down. So months ago they accepted we were probably going to be relegated - and therefore appointed a manager with a decent lower leagues record.

and therefore - there will be no pressure from the Board for MA to go - nor any thought in his head that he should.

And we'll only see MA do what he was appointed to do once life in the Third Division begins.

Like Hitler in his bunker, Adams is taking everyone down with him. "He played some today"? Bit late, isn't it? Why wasn't he doing it several games ago when we had a chance. Hindsight? Hardly. Everybody knew that Collins, Doyle, Bent and Noz (amongst others) weren't up to it yet he blindly persisted with them - paying wages that would have probably kept Vokes and Bartley at the club. He's let Jamie Ward go on loan and - quelle surprise - he's started doing a job at Derby.

Sorry, he has no excuses left. Yes, it's mostly McCabe's fault but Adams has a truly appalling record with us and must shoulder the blame for not only getting us relegated from this very average division, but seeing us rock bottom.

I'd like to see him leave asap. Who to replace him with? Instead of appointing yet another 'manager' (the vast majority of whom are crap and get found out sooner or later), why not a 'managerial squad' of, say Pembo, Morgs and a.n.other ('Stretch' perhaps) who could divide duties doing fitness, team selection and whatever else these managerial parasites do (I'd volunteer to pin the team sheet up) without having to regularly pay fortunes in salaries and pay-offs to these wasters.

A bit radical, maybe. But how lower do we have to sink? Alan Knill oversaw Scunny win at Palace yesterday. Can anybody seriously imagine us getting that result? Me neither. But it wasn't down to Knill, it was the law of averages that keeps managers in (temporary) employment. A law that has even avoided Adams, as has the 'managerial bounce' that usually accompanies the appointment of a new manager.

To add to the conspiracy, the development squad started to be signed around the time that Adams was taking over, though he may not have played a big part in this, maybe we've been building our squad for next season since then.
