With all due respect...it doesn't quite work like that from a technical sense. You may have got lucky but the issue appears to be more deep rooted.

Well I can get on ,so my lack of tec knowledge is a advantage

I've just gone to the homepage SUFC.co.uk. logged in, proceeded to tickets, proceed bottom of page and select area you hope to bag one in. 1 left on KM2. It's working fine as it was earlier. Hope all get sorted. I can't get across as overseas.....
Just realised....away leg ticket thread. Woops!😯
Tested away tickets now and ok too. Easy when at home with additional devices running too.

Went on at 9. Got tickets for the away leg. UP THE FUCKING BLADES.

Think we need to move on now.....the home tickets were obviously driven by SYP, (regardless of what they might say) and our own "safety" team, they didn't want to run the risk of Forest fans on the pitch in such a highly charged game. So little choice but to move them to the BLUT, OK so they have got 1K more than we have at their place and yes the club could have limited them to 2K tickets.....but they didn't so lets all accept it is what it is....

If you're struggling to get on the website, log in via Private browser. That usually works.

I just logged into the website in the normal way and it worked though.

Understand the frustration about the difference in allocation, but tickets for the home leg went on general 24 hours ago and there's still some left.

Quick one guys.
Someone I go to the matches with is currently away on holiday and can't get in to their account (can't remember their details either!).

Now he's got a lot more loyalty points than I do. If I add him to my friends and family, would the site let me get a ticket for him?
I'm just thinking because I'm not in the same bracket as him, I'd have to wait until tickets were available to me personally (which won't happen as they'll have sold out by then).

Just wondered if anyone had any experience of getting tickets for people with more loyalty points than themselves, from their own account.

It would work but only if you can login as your friend, i appreciate that sounds unlikely if they cant remember their details. The website only displays tickets that the logged in user is eligible to purchase. EDIT - my initial reply assumed you'd be buying online, i suspect you would be able to do so if you buy at the ticket office or on the telephone.

This will be the responsibility of the Ticket Office Manager. If that person wasnt aware if the rules it is incompetence. That person woukd have made recommendations to the Board based on an interpretation of the rules.
If SAG insisted top tier just shove them in one corner and keep the Westfield corner open.
I think the Ticket Office manager position nay be in question after this.
Based on what? H&S , Police liaison etc etc. can’t see it being a one man call.

Genuinely a bit fucked off by this. I was short by 290 loyalty points that I should have easily had if I’d been able to make away games this year.

It’s not really United’s fault if Forest didn’t want to give us more than 2k (and others will have had worse LP woes), but I could’ve at least felt a tiny bit of petty satisfaction if we’d given them less in return.

Should’ve just bought the tickets and not gone.
