With a lot being talked about transfers already I think our nige will also take a larger look at the existing squad, so who is there potentially ready to make the step up from younger teams or the fringe players, please feel free to add some as I'm Just listing off the top of my head:
Connor dimao: potentially a huge season for him coming after a few cameos this term and impressing, arguably moving ahead of Mcginn in the pecking order, his composure on the ball is fantastic and one of a few prospects that could stamp their authority on the first team.
Otis khan: not seen as much of him and for me the only game I've seen him personally is the Rotherham game, liked him a lot, direct running and not afraid to have a go at his man, has pedigree after coming here from Manchester United a couple of years ago, has a lot of potential and again, with an injury to flynn or murphy could get his opportunity.
Louis reed: the little man, his ability on the ball was apparent to see vs Rotherham, I fact he along with the aforementioned pair linked up better than any if the others on the pitch which bodes well, maybe the second half of the season for him to give him chance to physically develop more but still hope we see him dictating the play and making the crucial through balls.
Dom Calvert- lewin: would like someone to add something about him as I haven't seen him but the fact he's featured on the bench under clough must say something, looks a little bigger than the others but as I say I don't know to much about him.
Diego degirolamo: the prodigy, will we ever see him or will a major European team come In For him as rumoured, sounds like he has a few workrate issues which don't sit well with clough but he obviously has huge talent as he's represented Italy several times at youth level, make or break for him in pre season in my opinion.
Others that I dint know a great deal about and others could possibly fill in on: Joel coustrain, mikael partodikromo: dan cockerline??
Either way blades the future looks bright - onwards and upwards!!!
