one thing that could give us the edge this season above Norwich and Leeds is that most of our players have promotion experience.
At this stage of the season it’s not just about how technical a player or team is but also the mentality to put in a good performance and win a game when the pressure is on.
We have lots of players who were involved in the league 1 promotion who have the experience of a promotion behind them and who dug deep under pressure when Bolton and fleetwood were hot on our tails for a while, but in the end were triumphant.
Today we are seeing the same pressures but in a higher league.
We have however recruited well with players who have also had the same pressure to get promoted to the premier with Madiein and Norwood being promoted only last season.
No other team in the Championship has got as much promotion experience in their team as us blades.
It can only be a positive when we come under pressure and need a positive result! UTB
