Matos at right back, Tanganga at right back, Oné on both wings at some point, Davies playing deeper than the centre halves. All of this just from today. Why does Wilder insist on playing players numerous players out of position in every game?
Surely we have enough players in the squad to put out an eleven where everybody is playing in their actual position. No wonder we look so disjointed and disorganised. Chrissy probably thinks it’s an outlandish suggestion, but when we’ve finally got two strikers on the pitch together, albeit an hour too late, why not have a go at playing them as a front pairing?
It’s bad enough having to endure the same, negative shit as last season, just without waiting to go 1-0 up first, but it’s even worse when we’ve got players who barely seem to know the role they’re being asked to play.
