Exactly! I think Duffy will at least be part of our match day squad. Chris will know how to get the best out of him.

I think that players at the back end of their careers sometimes find it easier to make the step up because they play more with their heads and use their experience. Northampton let Wright go because they didn't think he'd make the step up to league one, and he's probably been our most consistent player, and how good was Morgan in the Premier League after most 'experts' seemed to think he'd be on bench at best?

It was Oxford that we got Wright from, but I totally agree with your point.

We have been the best team by a long way in this league this season. There has been no passengers in the first team and I feel that all these players have earned their places in the squad for next season. To be fair it will be a bit of an unknown and there will be no guarantees of first team places but these have proven that they will always give their all.

People talking about selling Bradford, I really can't see us getting a fee for him. I'd expect he will be allowed to leave and join an other club.

He is 30 next season with one year left on a £10k PW contract. (Rumoured)

We are currently subsidising his wages whilst he's away on Loan meaning the only team willing to take him couldn't afford his wages.

I know a few Oxford fans and they say they are disappointed at the time that they let Wright go, the main reason wasn't so much stepping up but that they had signed Curtis Nelson in addition to Chay Dunkley who incidentally we should be looking at Nelson that is.
