Anybody any idea when this usually is? Has the date been announced yet? I ve looked on the official site but cant find any info.
I ve never been before but I m thinking of going this year.
Can anyone who has been before give an idea of the format?
My partner hates football and is not the slightest bit interested but she does like a nice meal out. Is it a good spread? Would a non footballing person find the night entertaining or is it a case of fans just salivating over their hero's? Is there any kind of music live or otherwise?

Just asking.

As I rarely get the chance to get to games, let alone social/footballing functions that are Blades related, I might be interested in attending an evening amongst fellow Blades.

It's always nice to put a face and name to forum members, and just for once, those you sometime conflicts with other forum members can find common ground and put onscreen frictions to bed and be replaced by the knowledge that we all support the same team with the same ambitions and concerns.

Often I require good forward notice, as my legs aren't what they used to be, but if the wind's blowing in the right direction, who knows? Count me in anyway, and if health allows me to be there I'd love to meet at least some of my fellow Blades. UTMB

Do you mean the official one or the supporter club?

As ever IIYB, as somebody who has met you before I'd be more than happy to accompany you.

Dinner? Seems odd to have the awards ceremony during the midday meal. Would have thought it would make more sense to have it at tea time.
