I'm sure I'm the last person you want to hear from right now, but I thought I would offer my best wishes. On my brief visits here I have been greeted with great courtesy (in contrast to the miserable swine on the Reading boards) and I'll be rooting for you in the coming weeks.

Nice one Mr B.P

We'll see you soon, all being well...the Blues just need a bit more quality(which I'm sure Mr Gold will shift a few more pairs of saucy knickers and Mr Sullivan a few mucky videos to fund! :-)) ,and you should be fine. But don't do an Albion though.WBA in your part of the world now stands for We're Bottom Again !

Cheers fella. Hopefully we'll meet again next season. Just a quick word though. Wouldn't you be a miserable swine if you had to regularly visit Reading?

I'd sooner sit on Immingham Docks in the sleet.

Nah, I'm actually very fond of Reading - I was a student there (many, many, many years ago) and used to toddle along to Elm Park to see them from time to time. One Tuesday afternoon in the snow I comprised the entire crowd for a Reading Res v Birmingham Res game. Charlie Hurley (the then Reading manager) was so impressed with my dedication that he brought me a cup of tea out at half time. Wouldn't get service like that from Steve Coppell, I bet.
