club instagram has just confirmed 3pm kick off.

Pleased for everyone travelling down for it. Does mean I will be driving across northern france so I will miss listening.

I'd just like to inform djbaldken that it's been lovely in the UK this past 2 weeks with temperatures reaching 24°C. Stick that in yer Playa Blanca 🤣
I'd just like to inform black dog that when he's freezing his Bollocks off in December January February and March, in the uk, it's regularly 24° C here in Lanzarote. Stick that up yer Don Valley Forge 😎

2023 Cov vs Luton was 4:45pm, I think the EFL took a fair amount of stick for that IIRC
2024 Leeds vs Soton was 3pm

I think with it (likely) being the Blades and also the possibility of Sunderland, it will be more like 3pm. In any event, in case Sunderland won 3-0 tonight I have booked mine today with a 20:30 return to Wakey.

I cannot imagine police signing off 5:30 when hardly anyone from Sunderland can get home on public transport.
Just listen to me lads.

Well this is all very disappointing - I can no longer be indignant about the fact that the time hasn`t been set - nor can i complain that the time is unreasonable.
No. But I can complain that a few hours ago it was to be decided in a few days, some moany emails and news stories later there's a time. They either already knew and was just hanging fire for some silly reason or they've plucked a time they thought everyone would be happy with and won't be prepared for it.

Personally happy with 3 anyway, I'll be in London about 10am anyway due to getting an early train

Right, whats next to moan about?

KO now sorted and a traditional 3pm

Ticket allication and distribution same as Sunderland, but looking at some reports, our selling is working as it should be and there are reports of selling at Sunderland not going well.

I guess we could moan about the possible sun issue, but its a bank holiday weekend so we know what the weather will be like and lets be right, no one can organise the weather.

Do we know what kit we are in?

I need to moan about something 😂

You can always moan about Robinson or Cannon. Or Wilder's 'turgid' 'no plan B' football.

I haven't looked yet. Are we on the sunny side?

Chuffed about this! Been holding off on the train. All booked on the 9:26 from Donny now. Coming back 19:48. Hull trains both ways so shouldn’t be any/many mackems.

We’ve got trips to London planned in July and there are no direct trains on Saturdays even in July due to rail works.
I've just looked and there are direct trains available to book from Sheffield to St. Pancras every Saturday in July... It's normally quicker to go via Doncaster though.

The 3pm kick off means the sun will be in our eyes for most of, if not all of the match. That is if the sun actually shines on us that day - knowing our luck with Wembley, it's more likely to piss it down all day.

Apologies, not sure why St Pancras doesn’t show when you put all London stations…..don’t let my mate know
