Looking at now going into the play offs, what are people's opinions on the attendance? If the apathy continues will we sell out the home leg? Also will it be another farce with the BLUT like v Forest?

IF we get to Wembs can the club please have a sensible policy so that people can sit together ie straight away sell to ticket holders not the loyalty points

If we get it sorted on the pitch over the next few games starting friday in the lead up we'll all be a lot more optimistic again and fill the grounds.

I don't think there will be a full house on Friday or Blackburn game, but the play offs will bring people back in while there's still something to play for

Don't give the upper tier to the away team in the 2nd leg

Sell Wembley tickets as if we'll struggle to sell 30,000 - because we will. No unnecessary delays and restrictions

Facilitate the gathering of like minded fans behind the goal at Wembley who want to create an atmosphere
What about a singing section or something?

It needs to be priced sensibly, some of the games rated as A matches this season have been ridiculous, and have been reflected in some of the attendances.
If they want to insist on £37 or whatever then we'll barely break 25k

Allocate Wembley tickets in a sensible way so we can all sit next to who we want to…Families don’t always have the same loyalty points. It’s absolutely imperative that sell out. If we get Sunderland in the final I can see them being allocated our unsold tickets or even blocks.…We’d never fucking live that down.

It’s down to advice (instructions) from SAG as to whether the away fans are allocated the Bramall Lane Upper or lower for none season ticket games, Forest were given the upper in the last play off campaign due to trouble on the lower tier in the league game with them a few months earlier.

I reckon It will depend who we play .. if it’s Bristol or Coventry then they will be on the lower tier so no issues with season ticket holders .. however if its Millwall then 100% they will be on the upper tier, Boro is 50/50 call

Think we’ll be fine.

The problem with the Man City semi-final match is the ticket office was dealing with many 1000’s of season ticket renewals at the time so SUFC took the step to allow Wembley to sell out tickets on line only, none could be bought from our ticket office.

The Man City tickets went on sale a full week before ours and they were allowed up to 4 tickets each where as ours were sold on a strict points system and 1 ticket each.

Pretty sure for the play-off final you’ll be able to go down to the ticket office and get what you want.

Interesting that u think the club will change its policy of the last decade, hope u r right. However they structure it they need to get down to general sale as soon as possible if we do make the final. We will struggle to sell out anyway so the more barriers they put in the way of sales the more likely we dont sell out.

Ah, who would be able to tell on TV, we both wear red and white stripes!

If we get there, Season tickets and loyalty points holders should get priority
Anyone with 100 loyalty points or more can buy two tickets, first come first served.

This means almost anyone can buy two tickets immediately and other friends can buy two seats next to them and so on and so on until they're gone.
But we won't do that, we'll have to go through the same process as we always do and end up not selling them all.

60,000+ loyalty points for the first week, half the people with 60,000 loyalty points will be waiting until their family and friends with 50,000 points can buy, half of those with 50,000 wait around until family and friends with 40,000 are allowed to buy, half of those with 40,000 waiting for those with 30,000 are able to buy.

And this continues all the way down to general sale, by which time half the fanbase can't go because they haven't enough time to arrange time off work, babysitters for kids, travel, hotel or whatever else they might have to arrange.

There are thousands more tickets available than our average attendances, so just sell the bleeding things like everyone else does.

I thought it was just a cock up. The reasoning of giving a crowd that caused trouble twice as many tickets seems an odd safety measure too tbh.
