Don’t sell Ahmedhodzic, Hamer, Souza or Arblaster.

Anything beyond this would be a bonus.

But that will be the test.

Hopefully we are flying and can commit to that. Two newly promoted teams next up. Need for the above to be ruthless.
Sell Gbric.
Get loans to cover injuries at CF & CB.

Scurrilous rumour that we gave a 3 yr contract to this bloke who's been "doing his rehabilitation at home" for quite a while - I mean - we really know how to pour wages away don't we ?
What brings you joy in life keeny ?
What breaks up. The never ending gloom of being alive enough to pull back the duvet in a morning ?

It's obviously not supporting the Blades, maybe find something that doesn't make you so miserable
Life's too. Short mate, spend doing some thing you enjoy

Do you ever think before you post? Tone deaf

The very clear priority for January is to recruit a top quality attacker

CF or left sided forward, loan or permanent, domestic or foreign

We need to be working hard on this because it will probably be the difference between top 2 or play offs

Keeping key players is also vital obviously, and we should also look to recruit another strong CM
agree first priority in january has to be to bring another striker in

Much will depend on if Campbell finds some form and starts banging them in
but we probably need 2 strikers in January.....hence my shock how at least one striker wasn't brought in the day before the window closed.

A high profile signing/loan....someone with pace who could be expected to be a reliable scorer at this level and
a low profile cheap understudy to fill in for Moore.....someone like a Gary Madine type.

If this owner has proved anything its that he doesn't undersell players or sell ones that can help us get promotion.

Now every player had his price and my guess is that it will take over 25m for Blaster to be sold and 20m for Hamer.

Anyone who thinks Blaster will want to go in January (esp if we’re in the hunt for promotion) is bonkers imho. The lad is a Blade through and through

Don't think it's that simple.....of course if Man Utd wanted Arblaster and offered to quadruple his current money
and we're happy to accept £30 million, he'll be gone like a shot.

Agree with Freithblade, the Prince has a decent track record and isn't like McCabe. He only sells when it's a good deal for the club.
So we'd be wanting closer to £25 million for Hamer and closer to £30 million for Arblaster
and I doubt any PL club would offer those amounts. They're both on long contracts so we can afford to reject bids.

Think the only offer we'll receive is maybe a £15 million bid from Leeds for Hamer.
We'll laugh at their feeble offer and then they'll think we're playing hardball and later raise it to £16 million.
The Yorkshire post (Leeds based newspaper and totally bias) will probably report that sources say Hamer is desperate to join Leeds United
and the Prince is in turmoil because £16 mill is such a great offer for Hamer and could save Sheffield Utd from impending financial trouble.

But how do we get a high profile striker signing/loan whilst explaining we only play 1 up top and expect Moore to play plenty of minutes 🤷‍♂️

Is that what you think.?

With the volume of sales, I'm still confused that we didn't have sufficient budget to finish the job off in the final few days.

Jeremy Sarmiento, Tom Cannon, Chris Mepham etc. all very obtainable on loan deals and would've given us much greater squad depth.

I hope we keep the squad together and use those loan spots properly. I'm not seeing many reasons why we can't compete for top two this season if we get that window right. Wilder / Taylor etc. have shown it can be done this Summer... and the offers for our players will still be there in the Summer, so we might as well go for it.

It's the Frank & Silent life coaching duo !

Wage budget must have been tight or I'm sure we'd have filled our loan spots.
Don't forget Tom Davies & Brewster are drawing £65k pw between them , which can't help.
But Coulibaly's contract ends in a few months so we'll have his wages to spend 👍
Mental health tips incoming from Frank

You've got no idea what anyone's wages are

I’m prepared to bet that Blaster isn’t even on ManUre’s radar…he doesn’t fit their profile at all. He won’t be wanted by Citeh or Arsenal, Liverpool have other priorities…so you’re reduced to looking at who else could a) afford him, b) be prepared to gamble and c) fits their profile. Not many teams fit all those criteria. Not many of those would be attractive to Blaster… I’m pretty confident he’s going nowhere in January.
