It's sort of snuck up on me without me really registering it but we now seem to have a genuine plan B in our locker. We've spent two and a half years producing tremendous attack orientated play with our famous overlapping centre backs and our total commitment to going for the win but there were plenty of matches last season where we were bombing on to teams and in many matches dominating them but we were getting done.

We now seem to have this alternative approach which turns us into a rock solid defensive outfit. The really clever part of it is that we can switch tactically between the two with a clever substitution or two because the basic shape is the same it's the emphasis on how we play that changes. We are managing games far better than we were a year ago, in fact we are managing games better than we were before Christmas.

It's about greater depth and variety in our squad and it's also about form and confidence but most of all its about Wilder and Knill, they're bloody geniuses.

It took time. Seems to have evolved from mid December onwards.

Loads of credit to the coaching staff.

There is only one plan and that's Wilders, Fuck has he made us all look silly this season.
