Pitch

As well as shit circumstances the pitch was terrible and contributed to a poor midfield performance from us
Just close the football club and give the stadium to Wasps

Too late! Wasps already own it!

Strange how we ground out the win on it, yet lost at home to Walsall recently.

Anyway, moving on ...

I was jesting mate but you have forgot about all our other great performances on our lovely home turf. ;)

the crowd blowing whistles is as low as it gets
players on both sides were wary of stopping starting
really caused some problems on the cabbage pitch they call a pitch

I agree. But I feel that is down to Chris Wilder, his off field strategy and some astute acquisitions in the middle of the park rather than Desso.

Really was a wanker protest that wasn't it? I get the need to protest and everything but that's just detrimental to your own team and everyone who's there to try and enjoy the game despite the shitty situation. I think I'd have either left or cracked someone blowing a whistle before the game was up (as a Cov fan) and would have lost my voice calling them all the names under the sun from the away end.

no matter what never take it out on to the pitch , or influence the game with a whistle , never mind lots of them
poorly thought out strategy that can only harm the club with sanctions , if they end up getting docked 3 points say and then get relegated by a point theyll only have themselves to blame

I must admit that my viewing was disrupted by a screaming child - were they doing the whistle thing all game? And we're things being launched on to the pitch? I thought I heard a commentator make reference to sharp kicking something off that was off camera.

I wonder if any action will be taken against the 2 individuals clearly shown on TV blowing their whistles?

Are you that desperate for something to moan about that you're complaining about our pitch? o_O

Agree with the general sentiment.
But I found myself ranting at Beagrie and Gavin for their almost acceptance of the whole thing. I was fuming at the whistles, and for me the ref should have stopped the game, awarded the win to United and got everyone off home early.

As it is now, Coutts is struggling with his ankle after that early poor challenge.

I was even more pleased that we got the win, if only to serve the fuckers right who entered the playing area and committed criminal offences. Hope every one of them, young and old gets identified and treated equally to others who go onto the pitch.
