This is a further example of them having their cake and eating it.

Surely they’ve had all January to ensure they have adequate cover in that area. Instead they concentrated their efforts elsewhere. Goes against the spirit of the rule which is for genuine one off emergencies, rather than a transfer strategy.

Guaranteed Dieng will have an absolute blinder on Sunday! He’s easily the best keeper they will have had all season. He was valued at £6 million a few years ago when at QPR and we’re showing apparent interest.

Dieng was highly rated a couple of seasons ago, sounds like he's had a falling out at Boro. Certainly is much more proven at this level than any other keeper they've had. Hadn't played much football in the best part of a year though. Could be an interesting one
