I think you need to take the old Red n White specs off.
We supposedly have Average players.
Billy will be about the only one.

I honestly would not swap any of my selections for any other players in those positions in this division.

Jagielka was in it:

GK Marcus Hahnemann (Reading)
DF Gary Kelly (Leeds United)
DF Ibrahima Sonko (Reading)
DF Joleon Lescott (Wolverhampton Wanderers)
DF Nicky Shorey (Reading)
MF Ashley Young (Watford)
MF Steve Sidwell (Reading)
MF Phil Jagielka (Sheffield United)
MF Jason Koumas (Cardiff City)
FW Marlon King (Watford)
FW Kevin Doyle (Reading)

In the same season, a young lad by the name of 'B Sharp' made the League 1 team.

Ahh forgot about Jags

5 Reading players though, I knew they had a dominant team that year.

I may be wrong here, but I don't think Wilder has even won a single manager of the month award yet. And i'm including last season in this too.

He won it with us in April 2017, and won it four times with Northampton.

Although if you just meant in the last two seasons, you're absolutely right, which is bizarre given the plaudits that he gets.

Henderson, Egan, O'Connell, Stevens, Norwood and Sharp should all be in contention.Henderson, Egan, Stevens and Norwood the definites for me: there's simply no players of similiar quality in their position this season.. Billy has stiff competition, unfortunately. There likely to go for the bigger names.

If Albion fail to get promoted and we do make it, would definitely have a look at getting Mason Holgate out of Everton. Think he would upgrade us at right wing back and would improve under Wilder.

Lot depends on who goes up with us (if indeed we do) - certainly think the likes of Abraham, Maupay, Wilson and Randolph (if Henderson goes back) would improve us and then the likes of Rodriguez, Roofe, Pukki, Jansson, Stieperman and Hegazi might come into play if they fail.

I agree ,hes a real prospect

Bit early but if it was done now should be a few of ours in.

I think we should have a couple more but won't. We are more a team than individuals really but that's fine....let's keep remaining under the radar.

My team for what it's worth:

Randolph - Boro. (For clean sheets but Henderson is better)

Aarons - Norwich
Zimmerman- Norwich
Phillips- Leeds (Egan as deserving but Leeds deserve a couple in)
Gibbs - WBA (close between him, Stevens and Lewis)

Hernandez - Leeds
Norwood - Sheff Utd
Stieperman - Norwich
Bowen - Hull

Pukki - Norwich
Sharp - Sheff Utd

Honourable mention : ones mentioned above + Klich, Wilson, Vrancic, Dack, Abraham, Adams, Gayle

In a just world Sharp and Stevens, should be the shoo-ins. But, I suspect Gibbs has more visibility than Enda. Likewise, Norwood is well known and respected in the division, so I think he will make it alongside Billy. Outside bet for Egan. Its a pity they pick them in a back four :-)

why are the PFA doing last season awards, before the start of next season. bit weird like handing man city the PL trophy before the opening game of the following season
